Walleye are being taken near Turtle Island and the cans with pink and purple, silver blade baits.

Perch are starting to fall out of all the creeks and streams. They still can be caught with minnows down near Bolles Harbor. Nothing much on the lake.

Catfish are being taken in the state park by the boat rams and bull heads are being taken down at Bolles.

Crappies are being taken down at the old pump house. Nothing hard core yet but it will improve in the nest few warm days.

Blue gills are being taken in the sterling state park and near the bridge on exit 11.
